Decommission of API documentation

Starting Dec 20th 2018, this api documentation will be de-commissioned. Lazada APIs are available in Lazada Open Platform and documentation is accessible from there

Seller Center API has been decommissioned

Starting from June 28, 2018, the Seller Center API is decommissioned. Lazada continues to provide open APIs to ISVs and API sellers through the Lazada Open Platform.

New API GetSeller is online

New API GetSeller can be used to get seller information by current seller ID. The old Seller Center API gateway uses seller email to create products and manage orders. Lazada Open Platform API gateway uses seller ID to get access token. The GetSeller API can be used to get detailed seller information to facilitate data mapping during API migration. Important Notice:

To ensure the system performance during the Lazada Birthday Festival, the SetStatusToPackedByMarketplace and SetStatusToReadyToShip API will be suspended until 18:00 (+8:00), April 25.

Suspension of the UpdatePriceQuantity API

Since the price of campaign SKUs cannot be changed 48 hours before and during the Lazada Birthday Festival, the UpdatePriceQuantity API cannot be used to update the price and stock of campaign SKUs.

If you want to update the stock of campaign SKUs, please use the mass import excel file or the Seller Center Portal.

Suspension of some APIs during Lazada Birthday Festival

During Lazada Birthday Festival, the service of some Seller Center APIs will be suspended to ensure the stability of the Seller Center. Please manage your products (if any) properly before the start of the API suspension. The list of APIs to be suspended during Lazada Birthday Festival is as follows:

Lazada Open Platform is launched (please start your migration)!

Lazada Open Platform, an integrated platform that provides end-to-end API development, provision, upgrade, and operations for Lazada sellers and ISVs, is launched online! If you are using the Seller Center API, please start to migrate to the Lazada Open Platform. The Seller Center API will be out of support starting from May 31. For details about Lazada Open Platform and the new API, please refer to the documentation at https://open.lazada.com/doc/doc.htm.

New fields are added to the GetTransactionDetails API

Starting from March 29, 2018, fields "limit" and "offset" are added to the GetTransactionDetails API. See the description of the fields in the table below.

offset	string	Optional	Number of transaction lines to skip at the beginning of the list.

New limit to the number of orders returned by GetOrders API

When calling the GetOrders API, note that the maximum number of orders that can be returned will be changed to 100. If you set a value more than 100 for the "Limit" parameter, an error will be returned. The effective date for each venture is as follows.
